I am, if you attended Jacksonville AMA’s “Content, Conversion, Community: The Keys to Online Marketing” seminar yesterday. Thank you to everyone who participated in my “Are You Talking to Me? Engaging Multicultural Audiences” session. I hope that you all learned, relearned, were surprised by, or were interested in learning more about at least one thing that we touched on during our time together.

As promised, I’ve posted content from yesterday’s session for any of you who would like to spend a little more time with some of the concepts and stats we discussed. I’ve posted it on our Facebook page, it’s been tweeted and it’s also available here.

Good luck, all. Remember to make your plan, find out who your audience is, speak specifically to them where they are, and test your messages. Follow those four steps, and you’re guaranteed to deliver targeted, engaging content.
