Box Office Beauty

I admit it — I don’t have a passion or a great eye for graphic design. Words have always been my thing. Don’t get my wrong, I have a deep appreciation for the alchemy that turns the combination of shapes, colors, lines, textures and space into something subtle and magical; it’s just that I tend to gravitate towards the big, empty graphic design calories of comics, book covers and movie posters. The fact that there are probably other people out there like me should make graphic designers excited about the release of four teaser posters for the upcoming Darren Aronofsky ballerina thriller Black Swan.
